The Gates of Chinatown Album was designed to showcase stamps developed to depict eight Chinatown gates in major cities throughout Canada. We created a 16-page full colour booklet containing the history of the origins of these gates and a description of each Canadian gate in English, French and Chinese. The red leather-like album cover was traditionally embossed with a detailed image of a well-known gate in China and held two stamp panes and two ancient Chinese coins.
